Halloween

So Esteban and I don't have kids. But Bellini (our yorkie poo) is our child. I could kick myself for not taking pictures but this year she was a vampire bat. Very appropriate since she is black. She wore these black and red wings. It was really quite funny because as she walked around the wings would brush against things and she would jump like something touched her. Needless to say it took her a while to get used to the get up. We did take her for a stroll of the neighborhood. Not to obtain candy just to show her off. :-) After that we spent most of the night handing out candy to trick-or-treaters. We had a good turn out this year. Was this due to the warm weather or the fact that it was Friday night? We had several spidermen, black spidermen, stormtroopers, wizards, princesses, fairy, witches, the joker, little baby lamb, little spiders with arms that moved when they lifted their hands, etc. When the trick-or-treating came to a lull we sat with our neighbors around their firepit. It was a wonderful way to wind down after a very busy week. Hope you all had a wonderful Halloween.
